You can choose to take the complimentary shuttle, use a ridesharing app or drive your own vehicle to the conference venue. Please expect heavy traffic around the conference venue during office hours and plan accordingly.
The Roz and Cal Kovens Conference Center is located inside the Florida International University Biscayne Bay Campus at (3000 N.E. 151st Street, North Miami, FL 33181-3000). Please follow signage to the conference venue once you arrive in your own vehicle. Map and directions to the Kovens Center can be found here.
Shuttle Schedule
A complimentary 38-passenger academy coach bus will be running to and from conference hotels for the conference attendees at the following times. The times are tentative. The shuttle times can shift due to traffic conditions.
Attendees not staying at these hotels can use the Freebee app to book a free ride to these hotels and take the shuttle to the conference venue. Please check here to find if your hotel is in the Freebee service area.

Please feel free to check-out from your hotels and bring your luggage to the conference center on Thursday morning. A complimentary luggage check service will be available to securely store your luggage while you enjoy the conference.
P5 is the closest parking lot to the Kovens Conference Center (KCC) as shown in the map below. You can choose to park at other parking lots in the campus if you wish. Please follow the links below to register your vehicle. The cost of parking is $5 per day. You can register your vehicle beforehand or after you park at the parking lot. There will be free Wi-Fi at the conference center.

Emergency Procedures
Fire Alarm: In the event of a fire, alarm will sound on the floor reporting the fire as well as the floor above and floor below that floor. If the alarm sounds you are to exit immediately. Conference center management will direct all persons to the nearest exit.
Evacuation: Refer to the floor plan in the next tab to familiarize yourself with the stairway exits closest to your meeting room (s). Follow the green EXIT signs to your nearest stairwell exit. Follow further EXIT sings to exit the building completely. Conference center staff will be present at the exterior emergency exits of the venue to inform you when it is safe to return to the meeting spaces.
